Studio Policy
By confirming your booking with Lè Studio Photography, you acknowledge and agree to the following studio policies.
Booking & Payment
All sessions must be booked and paid for in advance. Your booking time is reserved exclusively for you.
Rescheduling
If you need to reschedule your session, please notify us no later than 7 days prior to your original booking time.
We will do our best to accommodate rescheduling requests, subject to availability. Rescheduling is not guaranteed, particularly during peak periods.
If we are unable to offer a new date, the booking will be treated as a cancellation and the cancellation policy below will apply.
Cancellation
Cancellations made 7 days or more before your scheduled session are eligible for a full refund.
Cancellations made within 7 days of the scheduled session are non-refundable, as this time has been reserved exclusively for you.
In the unlikely event that a session is cancelled by Lè Studio Photography, you will receive a full refund, regardless of notice.
Late Arrival
Please arrive on time for your scheduled session.
If you arrive late, your session will still conclude at the originally scheduled time to avoid impacting other bookings. Shooting time and the number of images delivered may be reduced.
Arrivals 15 minutes or more after the scheduled start time may be treated as a late cancellation and are non-refundable.
Late arrivals do not qualify for session extensions or partial refunds.
We recommend arriving a few minutes early to ensure you get the most out of your session.
No-Show Policy
Failure to attend your session without prior notice will be considered a no-show.
No-show bookings are non-refundable.
No-show bookings cannot be rescheduled or credited toward a future session.
Weather & Illness
We understand that unforeseen circumstances such as illness or extreme weather can occur.
If you are unwell, please notify us as soon as possible. Where notice is given at least 7 days prior, standard rescheduling or cancellation terms apply.
If illness arises within 7 days of your session, please get in touch as soon as possible. While bookings within this window are generally non-refundable, we may offer a one-time reschedule at our discretion, subject to availability.
In cases of extreme weather conditions that may impact safety or the quality of the session, Lè Studio Photography reserves the right to reschedule your booking. In this instance, you will be offered either a new session date or a full refund.
Image Usage & Consent
Lè Studio Photography retains full copyright ownership of all images captured.
By confirming your booking, you grant consent for your images to be used for portfolio, website, social media, and promotional purposes by default.
If you wish to withdraw consent, please notify us in writing either before or after your session. Your request will be fully respected.
